All orders will be shipped on the next business day (Monday - Friday), after receiving shipping payment. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the following business day. All domestic orders will be shipped USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail. International orders will be sent using USPS Priority Mail International. We reserve the right to delay or hold orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Damaged Merchandise:

If you receive an item with broken or torn elements, please contact help@ctnexpo.com with the subject line “Damaged Item.” We will exchange it if we still have the item in stock and refund the return shipping. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund.

Damaged Artwork:

If a frame is damaged or broken, contact us within 10 business days and we will do our best to assist you. Please contact: help@ctnexpo.com

Receiving the wrong order:

Please contact help@ctnexpo.com. We will exchange it and refund the return shipping.

Address Corrections:

Please send all address corrections to help@ctnexpo.com with the phrase "Address Correction" in the subject line.

Shipping Rates:

Domestic shipping is done via Standard (Media Mail) or Priority mail. International shipping rates vary depending on the size, weight, and destination, and is sent via International Priority mail.
